“CEC’s success is founded on supporting brokers and thereby adding balance to the claims process. Many brokers accept they do not have the time or resources to give the support their clients need – whether that be after suffering a major loss or to challenge much smaller claims decisions by insurers or their loss adjusters. Twenty years ago I launched CEC recognising that brokers would improve their claims offering if they had a loss adjuster available to help them. CEC was formed with a mission to change the way that brokers resource claims support and its growth and the number of satisfied brokers and clients is testament to the validity of that decision.
The CEC ‘on call’ service is fully FCA compliant, a business-to-business product that enhances the broker’s own offering and fulfils their needs. The focus is on the broker’s needs for claims support and achieves the objective in a much better way than an assessors fees insurance policy. CEC helps brokers and their clients get the best possible outcome in a claims environment that increasingly puts pressure on loss adjusters to show savings in all aspects of their business”.

We use fully qualified and importantly independent loss adjusters to support our brokers and their clients. Broker’s staff log an assistance request on our portal and are connected to the Adjuster with the relevant experience in line with the claim issue, regardless of the level of service or the size and type of claim. There are no qualifying criteria or restrictions, meaning we are here for you whenever you need us.
